For 25 years, the Nelson County Community Fund (NCCF) has brought our community together through fundraising events and community initiatives that make a lasting difference across Nelson County. Every event, donation, and act of generosity helps provide vital funding for local nonprofits and service organizations working to meet our community’s most pressing needs. NCCF’s grant-making is made possible through the generosity of our community. Funding comes from our twice-yearly annual appeal campaigns, signature fundraising events like the Silver Starlight Opportunity Ball, individual and corporate donations, and other community fundraising efforts throughout the year.

Held on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at the breathtaking Veritas Vineyards and Winery, this gala will feature dinner, wine, music, dancing, as well as a live and a silent auction. The gala runs from 6:30pm until 11:45pm.
